Arcam EBM A2X Additive Manufacturing Machine
Specifications (subject to buyer verification):
The Arcam EBM A2X machine is ideal for material studies because it operates in a vacuum which provides a clean and
controlled environment and minimizes the risk of contamination. This machine uses electrons as energy carriers,
provides deep energy penetration and low reflection in the powder. For academia and research institutes it is delivered
with development mode option. This makes it possible to control more machine and process parameter settings within
the machine software, allowing for advanced process development. The build chamber of the A2X is specifically
designed to withstand extremely high process temperatures over 1,000° C, enabling new crack prone alloys to be
produced.
